Hello everyone. And welcome to permission to heal. I am Marci Brockman, and I am thrilled that you are here. 

This is the last episode of the first season of permission to heal. It's been an amazing year filled with challenges and love and growth and some of the best guests I could have ever imagined. I've loved every single episode and all of the inspirational wisdom we have all learned from each guest. 

 I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for being part of this amazing first season of permission to heal and teaching me so much about myself and the world, starting on January 12th, 2022. It's hard to believe. 2022, I will launch season two of permission to heal, and I have even more great guests who will teach us and inspire us to give ourselves the grace and space.

Welcome, Deborah. So lovely to have you here. Thank you for having me. I'm thrilled to be here. Yeah, it's I just, we're nearing the one-year mark of the podcast and I'm, I'm just so thrilled that I have been able to connect with so many amazing people like yourself, you know, it's such a fun thing to do. 

[00:00:21] So, so why don't you tell us a little bit about who Debra Wayne is and how you got to where you are, like what your childhood was like, where you grew up, you know, what, what inspired you to do what you. Well, I grew up in the Midwest, you know? And was always a very, very artistic. I don't know if I would label myself sensitive, but I was very emotional and empathetic, and artistic. 

[00:00:49] And I don't remember this, but my mom says I brought home every sick animal cause I wanted to heal it. And I thought that it was pretty interesting cause I don't remember doing that. But I know I was, you know, it was very expressive and I remember having a lot of energy and always being drawn to the arts. 

[00:01:09] And always also having the sense that there was more to this life than just the physical stuff we see and do every day. And I was very curious about the night sky and just the mystery of, of life. And you know, I did all the normal things, high school, college graduate. Marriage house home and all of that, but along the way, I can see now how, when I look back everything that I chose, that was a major piece of my life in terms of career or hobbies and interests was teaching me about entering. 

[00:01:49] Interesting. I didn't know that at the time I had no idea that I was actually being guided along a path that was right for me and following my gut or my intuition. I didn't realize I was doing that. But you know, at the age of four, I started dance training. I became a professional dancer. I was, I was told you'll never be a day. 

[00:02:09] You'll never be a dancer. I heard that from as young as four years old and I have the type of fire in my personality. Where if you say you can't do something. I will show you that I can, you know, thank goodness because I've had a lot of those types of challenges in my life. And all of my work today is about teaching people, how to think out of the box and not accept the norm of what the majority of people believe or tell you to be true, because most likely it isn't true and you can defy. 

[00:02:44] Gravity. So, you know, I think there's a song like that. Yeah. So I did all the normal things. And at one point in my life, I started to deny my true expression and try to fit in more with the norm. And that almost killed me. And I got to a place in my life. Where I was, I had a great job, a big, beautiful home in Scottsdale, a handsome husband, a BMW in the garage, like all this stuff. 

[00:03:12] Right. But I was dying inside and no one knew it. I had a lot of pain. I was going to the doctors thinking my hair was falling out. I had all sorts. I had a lot of symptoms of disease, but nothing showed up on medical. Oh, I, I, I went through a period of life, living on pills and trying to numb out how I felt and the anxiety that came with it and the depression that came with it and just trying to function and work because I had the idea. 

[00:03:39] If you just work. Everything's fine, but it isn't fine. And so long story short, I crashed and burned one day and I started on a healing journey that was unlike any other and along the way. Period of my life. This was over 30 years ago now, but that was the real turning point for me because part of what I did in order to heal was I practice meditation and I had a series of experiences that I would call spiritually transformative experiences that rocked my entire world, my entire way of thinking my entire way of feeling and perceiving everything. 

[00:04:20] And what I mean by that. In meditation. I was shown that everything that was going on with me and everything that I thought was physical and real was actually energy that the body was changeable, that everything was vibrating particles of light and energy and vibration. And that had. My thinking and that my emotions had created the very problems I was trying to get rid of. 

[00:04:50] So I began to look at life a new way. Look at health, a new way. Look at my body a new way. I became aware that this life force energy was everywhere present and it was flowing through my hands. And because I had spent so much time as a dancer and then a visual artist, my hands were like a major sensitivity. 

[00:05:12] Tool for me, an instrument that I was used to using, and I became aware I could use this healing energy for healing myself, and then, later on, it became for other people and it became the crux of all the work that I do today. It's enabled me to help tens of thousands of people. And over 160 countries virtually, I mean, it's been remarkable, Marcy. 

[00:05:35] I had no idea I would ever be doing this type of work. I was not on my to-do list. It evolved organically based on the experiences of my life. So I know it was meant for me. It was my highest purpose. Wow. Yeah. It's been quite a journey and it continues. It's not over yet. No, I hope it's not over for a very long time. 

[00:05:59] Wow. So, so it's energy healing that you do. Well, energy healing is I have a particular form of energy healing that was revealed to me that became what I call high-speed healing. And because it's the most rapid form. Of working in the biofield that I have found, and I've studied many different methods. I did become a Reiki master along the way. 

[00:06:20] I came to a hypnotherapist. I started working and got certified in chemical dependency counseling. I did a lot of many other energetic forms of healing as well for years until I. Really became confident in what had been shown to me and formulated that into my own method. But I, what I discovered is that. 

[00:06:42] It's not a technique. It's about accessing a state of consciousness that goes beyond disease, that isn't focused on just the physical symptoms. And I became so good and sensitive at scanning the field. That I could feel within seconds where the disturbances are in the energy field that surrounds the body. 

[00:07:06] This is the missing secret key, all health and all illness. And there's actually a lot of research about it, but people don't know about it. The field that's our big in the medical community. Don't want us to know about it. Well, They don't and then they don't believe in it. They're, they're very fixated on symptoms, symptom treatment, and that the body is a different perspective because they come from Newtonian science, not physics. 

[00:07:34] Right. And so they, they haven't really paid much attention to the quantum physics realm. It has, you know, it's not that it's not really, NIH is the one that coined the term biofields so they know the biofield is actually very real. They know that there's take us back one second. I'm an English teacher. I don't understand what is the biofield. 

[00:07:53] So the there's a field of energy and information that surrounds every living thing, including our body. Okay. Yep. It had, it became known as a biofield when the national Institute of health gave it that term back in, I think it was 1992. They did a study and they said, this is real, it's a real thing, but they weren't, you know, they didn't give it conclusive evidence. 

[00:08:17] They didn't jump on the bandwagon and say, this is the key to health, but they did study it and they just say, it's, it's real. It's correct. But they still stay. First of all, when you, when you understand what it is I do and what this biofield means, there is not an emphasis on taking pharmaceutical drugs. 

[00:08:40] And so this created a major divide in how we look at health and healing and. When I work with people and I'm not a medical doctor, I don't treat symptoms. I don't diagnose symptoms and I never need or recommend anyone take any drugs, supplements, even change their diet, which is typically what people do are told to do. 

[00:09:05] If they're experiencing chronic pain, depression, anxiety, trauma, any type of physical illness, that's been chronic or mysterious there, they're told all to your done. Take drugs. If the drugs don't work or the drugs cost side effects, they look for natural remedies. Most people do. And then they live with this symptom treatment. 

[00:09:28] My work has nothing to do with any. So you're able to virtually access people's bios. Absolutely. We are, again, this is from physics. We're all like a Lasty girl. That's amazing. 

[00:09:46] In physics, we know that we are all interconnected all the time via the energy field. We all live in a giant ocean of energy. Interconnected with every other living thing. Think of it as we are one being well, think of your body, your body's made of a billion cells. Those cells are individual, but those cells are all connected to each other to function. 

[00:10:12] As a body, we are one big body and you and I, and everyone else, a cell think of it that way, all interconnected, we're all working together where, and in physics, they know that, you know, it's based on resonance, that we resonate at a particular frequency. And that's why you like certain people, you feel comfortable with certain ideas. 

[00:10:38] You live in a certain town. You. Resonate with the people you're closest to. And that's why sometimes you even meet someone who you don't know and right away, you just, you don't like, or do you feel like you've known them forever? You exactly. That's called resonance because everything is vibration and we're constantly sensing it. 

[00:11:01] Whether we know it or not, or have been taught to trust it or not, we are using. So when I, when I walk, like I walked into the house yesterday and my husband was home before me and before either of us said a word, I knew he was upset. There you go. That's the biofield that's you by resonating the energy that's in the field. 

[00:11:24] Picking up on that because energy never dies. It changes form and it literally lingers in a space. And so it's either going to go out or people hold it in which causes stress and tension and symptoms of disease. But you can feel it in a room. Absolutely. A hundred percent. Yeah. Interesting. If you, if you trust that you will recognize you have an energy PS, you've always had it. 

[00:11:52] It's always guiding you and giving you information. And it's your feeling nature. Most people live in their heads and they override their feeling nature and they say things like, oh, well, that's crazy. I must be imagining things. They learn at a young age, not to trust their gut and their, their feeling nature, but that's our true GPS. 

[00:12:14] Interesting. If we listened to that we would not eventually end up very, very ill with severe conditions because we're getting clues all the time, but most people try to ignore or deny or suppress or medicate what the information is. We're getting from the field that our body is telling us. 

[00:12:37] It's giving us feedback from the field. Yeah. So, so now you can heal or help people heal chronic physical pain. I'm looking at this list, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic fatigue, binge-eating insomnia, migraines, and other mysterious conditions, things that are chronic. How do you know? I don't even know how to word this question. 

[00:12:57] How do you know what can be healed this way versus what you really should see a doctor? Everything can be healed this way. The body's designed to heal itself when it is in a safe space and given the right tools and when the vibrational frequency changes to the state of health. And so. It's not that there's a right or wrong a should or shouldn't okay. 

[00:13:25] People should do what brings them peace of mind because that's going to help them. So if, if somebody wants surgery or, or pharmaceutical drugs, and that makes them feel peaceful, they should do that. Absolutely. But there are a lot of people who don't want to go that route or have been that route and it actually created. 

[00:13:43] Worst symptoms, side effects, addictions, and it didn't heal the thing they were trying to fix. So, if, you know, for people who are ready for something that is non-conventional out of the box, People come to me for any and everything. And you see, you have to remember, all symptoms are made of energy. 

[00:14:04] All symptoms are information. It's my vibrational pattern and the patterns we give these names to. And then we start to believe in the names in the labels and we give power to the labels. But the fact is, if I told you, listen to this music and some of it sounded really amazing. And soothing to you. 

[00:14:24] And then I said, listen to this music and it was disturbing and it, it hurt. And you couldn't, you just didn't even want to listen to it. That's what illness is. He's a disturbance or not. Health is a state of harmony, right? Yes. Is, is like disturbing music. We change the vibration and we harmonize. And you feel different and the body responds to that. 

[00:14:51] So my work is to help people in their field, change the vibrational patterns and then teach them how their own thinking and their own emotions that they either are aware of or not aware of are causing harmony or dis-ease those three areas in sync in harmony. In calm and peace, enjoy people, people heal, they change, they shift into a state of health and harmony and out of a state of disease. 

[00:15:26] And it can happen very rapidly. It doesn't have to take 10 years and yeah. Yeah. I was reading a book. I can't for the life of me. Think of the title of it right now, but the author was talking about. Neuroplastic pain as he put it. So like there's pain that you feel, but it comes and goes and sometimes it's there and sometimes it's. 

[00:15:53] And he, he had, his description was much more elaborate and scientifically based than mine, but I was thinking, you know, like I chronically have aches in my ankles from previous injuries and I've got a lower back thing with a herniated disc. And, and, you know, I, if I sit here, I can feel all of it. But when I'm teaching, I have my 25 or 30 teenagers in front of me. 

[00:16:18] I'm fricking pain. Exactly. They focused on the problem. And when you're focused on a symptom, you're putting energy into the very thing you don't want and where energy goes. You see an increase in what you don't want when you are out of yourself and you're giving and being of service. You're not focused on the problem right now. 

[00:16:43] I'm not saying people should ignore and deny the problem, but the patterns, the problems, the pains get worse, because what most people do when something hurts is they focus on it and they say, I want to stop this. I want to get rid of this. And what they do is they resist it and resistance is the number one thing that will guarantee the pain will never leave. 

[00:17:07] There are also other patterns like holding stress in certain parts of your body. Some people put it in their neck, their back shoulders. If you had an accident or an injury, there became a pattern that was. Perhaps out of alignment or a weak spot, see all of that can heal and come back and to strengthen and harmony. 

[00:17:32] But most people hold the pattern because what happens when you get, have an accident, you become afraid and you tense up, you hold your breath short, you're afraid it's going to happen again. So then you compensate and the body starts to change its pattern and get out of whack more than most people realize. 

[00:17:52] Yeah. Wow, but all of this is changeable. That's the good news. All these symptoms I need to see again, when I, I know this is hard to wrap peoples, have trouble wrapping their mind around this, but the actual structure of the body, the spine, the bones, everything can and does change. In the energy field and never touch the person. 

[00:18:14] People tell me, it feels like having hands-on chiropractic adjustments. People's body start to move and shift around and realign. I had a 92 year old woman whose spine straightened in less than an hour in our very first session. And she had to raise the height of her Walker, two full inches. I could tell you story after story I've been in a scientific research. 

[00:18:38] And one of the women that I worked on, she had a curvature of the spine, which is commonly referred to a scoliosis. She had had spinal pain for years for decades, and she did physical therapy three times a week. And nothing had helped her. She had had surgery medication and she was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia. 

[00:18:58] She had a lot of pain from having. In less than an hour, she was reported being 99.9%. Pain-free her spine completely straightened her physical therapist. The next day saw the minute she walked in and said, what did you do? You see the structure of the body is following the instruction manual from the thoughts, the emotions, and what's imprinted in the energy field and it can all change and it's the fastest way to change anything. 

[00:19:30] And. Every time we do the energy healing it's it has a cumulative effect and people start to hold a new pattern and it doesn't take that long for most people to literally experience physical change. Wow. Yeah, it is a big, wow. Yeah. I, my, my brain is like, wow. Well, think about it. If you went to, you've probably heard of all the new fancy, expensive laser light equipment. 

[00:20:05] Sure. Well, that is what, what those instruments do is they emit frequencies and the frequencies via the field. Alter the frequency that your body is carrying. There's no difference except that most people don't have access to that equipment. It's expensive. It's limited in what it can do. And what I do is the next phase of health care. 

[00:20:31] It's not disease management, it's healthcare, and all, we need to care for ourselves and maintain our natural state, which is health. Not. But this idea about frequencies effecting, you know, Einstein said years ago, if you're exposed to the right frequency, the body must change, frequencies, everything. And if you think about watching cable TV, Or listening to a radio for those of you still have one, if you change the channel, all you're doing is changing the frequency, right? 

[00:21:09] And when you change the frequency you're watching or listening to an entirely new reality, a new show, it's just a different frequency. Interesting. This is part of physics. This is part of our reality, but no one's taught us. So, what do you do with a client when a client makes an appointment with you, and then you show up with a zoom call, like this kind of thing. 

[00:21:33] How do you. Well, there's different ways. I work with people, but some I work one-on-one and some with groups and some things I have that are recorded. So there's different options for people, but in general, all the way, every time I work with someone in whatever format, it helps people first understand with their mind, how their thoughts are either helping them or harming them. 

[00:21:56] I help people discover that the disturbing habits of thought. Adding to the problem that they're trying to change and that doesn't work. And then I teach them how to change their habits of thought. First I have to show them how to find those habits of thought and discover and weed out. What's true. 

[00:22:16] And what's false. So the second thing I do is I teach people how to find and release. Underscore release the damaging disturbing emotions that most people never feel, never talk about. Don't even know they have because emotions emit frequencies that either help you or harm you they're memorable. And they also emit chemicals into your body. 

[00:22:41] They affect your nervous system, your immune system, your hormones, your sleep, your digestion. Everything. So emotions are a major factor in pain and disease. Most people have no clue about that. And so I teach them all about this emotional piece. And then at the same time I work with the mind and the emotions I I do for them. 

[00:23:01] I, I scan and work in their bio. And I rapidly help them release the disturbances that they don't know. They have, that that might take years of talking about trying to find. And I ha it helps also bring up what's in their unconscious mind that may have been at the root cause that they've don't even know. 

[00:23:24] So without even talking, it stimulates the brain right. And left side, and it brings up information from within the person and they have the awareness and many people say to me, Deborah, oh my God. I know exactly. Where this cancerous tumor came from. I know exactly what to do, and I know I'm going to heal or they'll say, oh my God. 

[00:23:51] Now I understand where the trauma came from or they say, wow. I just relived the abuse and I feel the pain release. It's quite extraordinary because the root of the pain, most people are not aware of it, but it's in the field because the field is like a recording device and it records every experience and I can find in there what's going on for people to help them speed up the healing process. 

[00:24:21] And that's, what's so exciting. Wow. Yeah, it is. Once you really get this, it is a big, wow. So, I mean I'm 53, 2 years ago. I had a full hysterectomy. And since, because I had a horrible pet peri-menopausal few years and you know, every possible thing except cancer, every other thing that could go on in the internal organs of someone's reproductive system I had. 

[00:24:52] So they suggested that we say goodbye to all of them and it was fine. And, but nobody told me. How I was going to feel afterwards they were all like, well, I got rid of the daily menstrual cramps because I no longer owned a uterus. So that was easier. But the only way I could describe it was that every single system, yeah, my entire body felt different and it would have been more easy for me to believe that I had a brain transplant than a hysterectomy. 

[00:25:23] Interesting. See, this is why when. You know, and again, I'm not a doctor, everyone needs to get their own medical advice and do what's best for them. But when I hear the medical community say things like, well, you don't need those organs or they're disposable, so to speak, And I know they're there, it's an attempt to help in the best way. 

[00:25:43] They know how, but everything affects everything else. And when you cut into the body and you remove something, every organ has a purpose and has intelligence and is talking to everything else. So you felt the effects of that? Yeah. Yeah, it was, it was crippling. Yeah. And I've gained like I've gained like 45 pounds. 

[00:26:04] Pandemic not withstanding. And that was it from that. I just I've ballooned up and I feel like I'm trapped in psych. I want to unzip myself and, and you know what, Marcy, sometimes some of that comes just from the trauma from surgery. And from being under anesthesia, people are having emotions while they're under anesthesia. 

[00:26:25] And so they don't remember what's going on. You can hear everything when you're in surgery, but you don't remember it. And I have found a lot of people who they supposedly. Typically healed, but they had this sense of something's wrong. And I don't ever feel right since that surgery. And when I work in their biofield, they release emotional trauma and all of a sudden everything goes back in sync. 

[00:26:52] So it, that could be a factor of what you experienced as well. Interesting. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Huh, what's your body, even with what happened, your body can go back into harmony. There's something that just didn't settle and integrate correctly afterwards, back into ease. And that can, that can harmonize interest. 

[00:27:23] Yeah, I've seen it. I work with a lot of women who have had SIS and ovarian issues and PMs and perimenopause and postmenopause and pregnancies and just all these things and all the pelvic floor issues and cystitis, I mean, just on and on with various pains and problems and I've seen and they've reported. 

[00:27:46] Healing. And so even people who were told this is extreme case, you're never going to heal. You're going to have to live on drug I've. They have reported to me, I feel. Back to, to normal. So I know, you know, I can't make a guarantee everyone's case is different. I have certainly seen the worst of the worst because usually by the time they get to me, they've tried everything else. 

[00:28:10] This is really extreme. And I have seen the worst of the worst and that's why I know it is possible. And we know from physics it's possible for everything to change because energy changes form all the time. So. That's why, when you say pain is here and not here, here, and not here, that's living proof that the pain is changing form, or it would be all the time. 

[00:28:36] Right? When I broke my ankle, it hurt all the time in exactly the same spot. The bone is broken. That was that, but the bone healed, the ankle still hurts. There's nothing wrong with. Right. But even even an example, like I have clients come to me who say they went to a doctor, they got a cancer diagnosis, they found a tumor or tumors. 

[00:28:55] Then they go back in the tumors aren't there. And so come and go, they appear and they disappear. They're moving in and out of this physical reality. Which is what's happening, but, but the medical conventional way of thinking doesn't understand that in physics, they explain that and the typical equipment that's used to measure and look at these symptoms, isn't strong enough to see what's going on in the energy field. 

[00:29:22] If they could see what's in the energy field, they would see the changes. And there is equipment that takes photographs of your energy field. And what's really incredible is it can show in the field things that might take 10 years to show up in the body. It's that sophisticated that it shows long before it would ever show up in the body. 

[00:29:45] And the reverse is true as well. If it's in the body already manifesting and I work with people, it shows the changes. In the field after I work with people, so it can show the healing effect and it can even show the emotional healing effect. So it it's more sophisticated than we're used to. And it measures our physical energy, the body, the flow of energy into the various organs and even our emotional energy. 

[00:30:13] Wow. Yeah, that's amazing. This will be more common in years to come. It's still just very unfamiliar to most people. Yeah, that's very cool. Very cool. I like the idea of high-speed healing, right? I mean, no one has said, Hey, I'd like to slow this down. Helped me take a long time. It just has never happened. So you also wrote a book called why do I still hurt rapid relief for chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and more, there it is. 

[00:30:48] Yeah. This book is like a workbook and it helps people start their healing journey and ask questions and gets them thinking in a new way. [00:33:46] Are you ready for a little rapid fire stuff? Rapid fire me? Yeah. Okay. What six words would you use to describe yourself? Creative, energetic, contemplative. Good one spiritual. Artistic and a little sassy. Oh, I love this. 

[00:34:13] Okay. Number two. What's your favorite way to spend a day meditation, yoga, cooking a great meal out in nature, and then helping other people. That's awesome. What are your preferred ways to manage? I sit, I learned transcendental meditation when I was 15, it was still my preferred method. And but I also love a meditation. 

[00:34:39] That's instigated with sound like crystal balls also is another form that I really love. Huh? Yeah. Tried that. Oh, it's remarkable. Interesting. I read a book about. The Buddhist with, with the metal thing that in bowls, but the crystal balls are my favorite. It's probably a pretty nice sound. 

[00:35:04] There's there are sounds that emit frequencies. It's exactly what I do. It is sound healing and, there are different sizes and shapes in there. Oh, so beautiful. And the sounds just Bayview. Fabulous. Yeah, I will look into that. Number three, what is your favorite childhood? My favorite childhood memory is lying. 

[00:35:29] My father would had a convertible and he would put the top down and at night take me driving. And I would lie stretched out in the back seat, looking at the pitch black night sky and see all the stars. And I was absolutely fascinated and mesmerized by the night sky and all the stars and the planets and the mystery of the sky. 

[00:35:49] That's very cool. It's a very visual thing. I can absolutely imagine. And it was quiet and he would drive in the wind and the sky was just, and it was only me and him. It was special time, really special. That's very cool. What is your favorite meal? My favorite what meal? Food meal. I'm not a big foodie. 

[00:36:11] My favorite meal is probably is either like salmon or chicken roasted or grilled. With some kind of vegetable, like sauteed mushrooms some kind of, you know, yummy vegetable and spicy and just put together either, either hot or with a S as a salad. Okay. Sounds good. I'm hungry. So that sounds good. 

[00:36:41] Number five. What one piece of advice would you like to give your younger self? Oh, God, my, I would a tough one. My, my advice to my younger self don't ever shut down what you really believe, how you really feel, be yourself a hundred percent of the time and don't worry what other people think it doesn't matter. 

[00:37:07] Absolutely. Do you think you would have believed yourself if you had come back and told yourself that. Yeah, I do. I think I would have needed, I needed to hear that more often and I didn't hear it. Yeah. I didn't hear it at all. I needed to hear it from outside myself or from some deeper part of myself. 

[00:37:26] Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I agree. Yeah. I did not hear it. Hear that ever. No, I didn't need, well, I heard. I heard it, but I also heard the conflicting and got received conflicting actions and punishment for being myself. So it didn't jive. It did not compute. And eventually, you know, I wanted to move away from the pain, so I shut down more. 

[00:37:52] Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. My mom always told me that that love and relationships required. Oh, yeah, I got that too. And I internalized that as to mean that I had to sacrifice myself. Absolutely. I heard the same thing. That's what I heard as well. You have to just put aside what you need, what you want and who you are and be with the other person, wants to put their needs ahead of you. 

[00:38:20] Yeah. And then I only think works when you have small children and you still can't put your needs. You can't. I mean, just earlier this week, I had a client who literally has created zero time for self-care and because of that, she's going to. I mean, this is harsh and bold, but she's either going to end up in the hospital with a long-term condition or dead. 

[00:38:48] If she doesn't learn to even say no to her children and get some help or teach them that you can't have mommy 24 7, right? It is you can't live like that. Everybody needs some self care down. Yeah. And, and as the kids get old enough, yes. Teach them things that they can do for themselves. So that you're not always the one slaving away. 

[00:39:14] Exactly. Because otherwise you're teaching them to be dependent. They're going to do it when they get married, they're going to, you know, it just perpetuates the habit of, I need you and I can't do this on my own. And they don't develop the muscles to live life on their own. Yeah. I'm too much on my own. I think I feel like I take too much. 

[00:39:40] I hold too much stock in being independent and individual, and I don't ask for help when I should. A lot of women do that. And I certainly had to learn to ask and that it was okay to, to ask and to receive. And that it's not better than, or less than it doesn't mean you're weak. If you ask for help, it's actually a gift to other people. 

[00:40:07] Think about it when you help someone or give a gift and they say, oh no, no, no, it, it doesn't feel good to the. No. And when you give a gift, it's good to give of yourself. Yes. Right? It's, it's, it's a gift of both people. Why deny somebody else the good feeling of being helpful and assisting you, if you would like that feeling. 

[00:40:31] Right. It's interesting because it's back to the fact that everything's energy and this whole notion of be independent. Don't ask for help. Stand up. Do it at yourself is a masculine energy way of, of living in the world. Receiving. Is feminine and energy. And we have been living in a very masculine energy world for a long time. 

[00:40:53] We stay in our head. We're very left brain linear. We think, think, think we don't feel right. And we certainly don't want to feel vulnerable and have to ask for help. And so it's been very out of balance and now. One of the roots of disease. And if people do that long enough, especially females who really have predominant feminine energy, but they've covered it over with this tough masculine. 

[00:41:18] I'll do it myself. Right. They fall off the bandwagon and something shows up immune something or nervous system, something, depression, anxiety, pain, like that's, that's, what's happening in a lot of cases. Yeah. I think you, uh, just got my number right there. Okay. Now the last question is, what is the one thing you would most like to change about the world? 

[00:41:45] The one thing I would most like to change about the world is that I would like people to really recognize who they really are, how powerful they are and that they are a spiritual being, having a human experience and therefore they are much more unlimited than they know, and that they act on. 

[00:42:08] And so. Rather than feeling like a victim and feeling like life is out to get them, they would feel empowered. They would know that they really have the power of the mind, the emotions, their energy field, they would have a completely different experience. And we would recognize that in each other, respect that in each other, love that in each other and allow for our differences and the diversity to be expressed, and it would solve everything. 

[00:42:37] Yeah, I think you should all, let me do that. Okay. I get it. I give you permission. Go ahead. That's yeah, I mean, people would be kinder. You'd have much less interpersonal strife. There wouldn't be this. Everyone would be free to be themselves. They would understand that we're all unique expressions. We are divine in nature. 

[00:43:00] We are powerful beings and we came here to experience all kinds of different things and that doesn't make someone else bad and wrong if they're experiencing or choose to experience something different from what I want to experience. So we don't have to all become vanilla. The same color, the same shape, the same size we can all express our differences. 

[00:43:24] Wow. Yeah. Excellent. Fabulous fun questions. Thank you. Yeah.
